Maintenance Manager Opportunity exists for Paint Booths at a truck manufacturing company in North Carolina. Looking for someone with Leadership skills and experience with maintenance of paint booths:
Management - Second in Command is an Administrative Assistant to help with daily oversight and support onsite. This is a 100% onsite position. Three shifts including a weekend shift.
Staff reporting to the manager is an admin assistant, two shift supervisors, and 26 hourly employees.
Scope of Work: Maintaining 14-16 Industrial Paint Booths. Tasks include to include
- Changing electronic spray arm coverings, depending on which color paint is used. Replacing coverings when need to be retired. This is very tedious and needs to be done carefully
- Changing filters in paint booth
- Power Washing Paint booths
- Weekly deep Cleaning
This plant is 3 million square feet at least and the booths are spread out among several buildings onsite.
